How We Market Your Home

While we prepare your home for sale, we also produce many of the marketing materials so they are ready the moment the home is listed for sale. What buyers most want to see is pictures of your home, so we hire a professional photographer who takes exquisite photos and creates eye-catching fliers. We also create a large online photo gallery and write a description that highlights your home’s best features.

The day your home is listed, the sign with color fliers goes up in the yard, the listing with photos is uploaded to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), as well as Windermere’s and every other real estate agency website.

The first week of marketing is critical, so we hold at least three open houses (one for Windermere agents, one for all real estate agents, and one or two for the public) that first week.

Marketing is an ongoing process until your house sells. We continue to hold open houses, distribute color photo fliers, and follow up with every agent who views your home.

We keep you up to date on the marketing efforts, promising leads, and feedback we receive from potential buyers. If needed, we will meet with you to reassess our strategy and discuss whether we need to make any changes in the price. We know that selling your home can be a stressful endeavor, and we encourage you to call any time you have questions or want to talk about the progress we have made.
