As soon as closing occurs, you get the keys to your new home! Our job doesn’t end at closing, because you have a lot to do to get ready to move in and we want to help in any way we can. If you want to have work done, we can provide references to painters, landscapers, floor refinishers, or any other professional you need to help make your new house into your dream home. We even have some favorite movers who can get you moved.
We genuinely value every relationship we develop with the people we help buy a home, which is why so many of our clients have become friends in the process. Months or years after you’ve been settled into your home, we am always happy to hear from you, whether you have questions, need help, or just want to keep in touch.
