Having your future home inspected is a buyer’s cost, but it is money well spent to protect your investment. Depending on the state of the market, we may advise you to conduct the inspection before or after the offer is accepted. Either way, one of us will accompany the inspector, who will inspect the plumbing, roof, electrical system, roof, and foundation. You may have an inspector in mind, or we can give referrals to ASHI-approved inspectors who we have worked with over the years.

We recommend that you also attend the inspection because it is an excellent opportunity to learn many details about your new home. Within a few days, the inspector will provide us with a written report that we will review with you to see if there are any repairs that we want to negotiate with the sellers.
