Receiving Offers

Getting offers on your house is exciting and can be overwhelming. On the day any offer comes in, we will meet or have a phone conference to discuss the terms of the offer and decide whether to accept, decline, or make a counteroffer to change one or more of the terms. In a seller’s market, we will have set a day on which all offers are due. If you are fortunate enough to receive multiple offers, we will help you navigate that more complicated situation by preparing a simple chart that compares all the terms of each offer so you can select the one that most meets your needs.

The offers and counteroffers need to get exchanged quickly, so we will be in close contact with you so that you are involved in every stage of the negotiations and are ready to sign documents, either digitally or in person.
