I am an attorney and real estate broker who joined the Fordyce Team in 2007. After several years of public service law and law school teaching, I was looking for a family-friendly career that would allow me to serve clients and share my love of Seattle. I believe that a good real estate agent shares many traits with a good lawyer: she is a compassionate listener, clear communicator, and strong advocate and problem-solver. I always keep my clients’ interests the top priority, and my clients regularly remark that I am unfailingly honest, I teach them more about houses than they ever wanted to know, and am patient and supportive (with a dose of dry wit). In my spare time, I keep an eye out for new restaurants, explore local hiking trails with my family, and volunteer for a healthy environment and strong democracy.
